When you upload an address file for direct mail, we process the data solely to perform the requested mailing order. The customer remains responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the supplied address files.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers needed for our operations, including hosting, email, accounting, IT, payment, postal and transport partners.

These parties may use the data only for the work they perform for us.

7. Retention periods

We retain personal data no longer than necessary. Invoicing and accounting data is kept for the legally required period. Files and order data may be retained as needed for production, customer service, reorders, evidence or legal obligations.

Accounts are secured through login methods such as email links or passwords for company accounts. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own access credentials.
